ONE-STOP SERVICE FOR PROPERTY INVESTOR
I graduated from Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) with Honours (Distinction) from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2017 and was also awarded with Dean's List for Academic Year 2016/2017 Semester 2. With the desire to better myself, I graduated from Master of Science (Geotechnical Engineering) from NUS in 2020.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

During my 4 years of experience as C&S Consultancy Engineer, I have worked with established developer like Capitaland, Ascendas and boutique developer like Manston Land and was the project lead for these projects with the responsibilities to make decision and answer to the developers. Hence, I am equipped with the expertise for all commercial, residential and industrial from Redevelopment to A&A to Change of Use.

During my course of work as a C&S consultant, I have encountered many projects which has state restrictive covenants like Road Reserve Line, Building Height Limit and many others which restrict the intensity of the development. All these restrictions were not known by the owner before acquisition and limit their investment returns. With my knowledge of authorities' requirement and seeing this opportunity, I decided to venture into real estate field to provide insights and advices to property investors and aspiring development owners so they can avoid the rude shock that their acquisition is different from what they planned out to do.
